The high mountain peaks of Montana Glacier Country accumulate large amounts of snow each winter, which supply an abundance of water for the three forks of the Flathead River. Every spring folks from around the world begin to arrive around May, to enjoy the mountains, valleys and rivers, eager to test their skill and to challenge the Montana Rafting trip whitewater of the Middle Fork of the Flathead River.

Montana Whitewater rafting trips happen regularly between the dates of May Through Sept seven days a week. Type V Approved lifejackets, and complete rain suits for adults and children are needed for many of the rafting trips.

For all whitewater trips prior to July 1, wetsuits are mandatory at a reduced rate. It is recommended that you wear polar fleece or poly-pro with wetsuits and rainwear on cold days.
